I have an old peppermint platy. He doesn't seem as active with the female anymore. Will he still breed? I haven't seen new fry in awhile.

Hard to say without knowing how old he is and without knowing more about your setup. How is the water quality at the moment? Have you made any changes around the same tim they stopped breeding.
Do as I say. Not as I do.

He's about 2 1/2 to 3 years old now. My water quality should be the same as it always is, and no, I haven't made any changes recently(in 2-3 months).
My first fish, Lollipop, passed away in 2013. I'd had her for 5 years; got her from the fair.

Beautiful planted tanks! Wish I was this good!
