  1. Default ANP Custom 450g canopy

Finished this one a week or so ago.

Over 8' long and over 3' wide! We nicknamed it, "Big Bertha!" Notice how you can't see any raw edges!

Dust on the top in this pic:

Can you post some pics of how you built it.

I love seeing different approaches to making things like canopys.

There is some excellent craftsmanship there
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of anything other than the framework for the canopy body.

I will be sure to take more pictures of the actual construction of our upcoming builds.

Actually, Cliff, I should have more pictures on the facebook.

That's where I post the majority of the pictures that I take. I just started the site a few days ago. I will have a website for ANP within a month or so. Still sorting all of that out, figuring out the best options.

    Just found some more.

Here is a CAD drawing of the canopy body frame:

Here it is sitting in my garage at home: (You can also see the aluminum fixture frame I built, too.)

Another shot of the aluminum fixture frame:

The fixture frame itself rode on a nylon runner that we made. If you look at the 72g bowfront canopy that I posted a couple weeks ago, you can see a very similar system.
