    Iron would be 3rd on my test kit shopping list. Many quality liquid ferts contain enough iron to get you by.

    If it were my tank id buy at least a 30 watt bulb. Other than that I don't think you can improve on anything accept maybe fertilizing.

    I'll go a little scientific for you.

    Wattage is an energy measurement. (Amps x Voltage = Watts)
    Lumens is a light output measurement. This is a great resource comparing lightbulbs.

    LEDs pull less wattage per Lumen than Flourescents do. So an LED at 10 watts may put out the same amount of light as a Flourescent at 30.

    Then you get into color differences (and I am not taking up that issue).
