Default Bala Sharks vs Live Plants

    0 Not allowed!
Oh how my bala sharks love to destroy my live plants.

However, I have found that they do not like Java Ferns and African Anubias.

Anyone else know any live plants that bala sharks don't eat?

"Hahahahaha... plastic!" jokes need not respond.

Are you asking a question or making a statement or neither? I am not sure what the point is.

Plants are also an issue with the silver dollars I have. In addition to the anubias which they leave alone, I have either Crinum natans or Crinum calamistratum (can't remember which) and an onion plant. They leave all of these alone as well. Not sure how your bala sharks would treat them but just a suggestion.

    Thanks SueD.

Thank you first for the reply; I am glad you were able to sift through the plethora of mysterious riddles in my post and only through hard work and clear mind you were able uncover the encoded question which I had so carefully hidden.

Secondly, thank you for sharing your experience with your silver dollar vs live plants. I will definitely give those three plants a try.

I have heard that the plant eating fish do not like anything with bitter leaves. However, it looks weird when you are at the fish store eating plants out of their tanks, and I have not found any sources on which plants are bitter, or good for our plant-destroying aquatic friends.
