Are you sure you are testing right? I have never heard of a fishless cycle only taking 8 days before.

Has it only been 8 days? If so, I'd be a little skeptical as well.
When are you doing your water tests? You should only test every 24 hours.

If you've been at this longer, and you're testing correctly, then yes, it appears you're cycled.

In your situation, since you have had some issues, I think I'd give it a couple more days to make sure both the ammonia and nitrites drop to 0 24 hours after your last ammonia dose. Just to be safe.

Know you're eager to get your fish :o)

yep tested right. its been 12 days since I started but had to do a lot of wc to get my ammonia down to where its should of been it's been seven days since I got it down to 4ppm. I been testing every day and my nitrite was real high a few days ago but now its 0ppm I also have been feeding ammonia 2ppm every 24 hours. I was also adding the muck from the bottom of my other 55 gal tank when I did wc on it. So i'm sure its done but i'll go do the test again right now.

The mulm from your other tank may have helped but I think you are right to wait until Monday.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

Cool. It seems cycled, but I would still wait until Monday. If for nothing else just to give the tank a bit more time to stabilize.

    Thanks! Will do.
Should I start my WC to get the Nitrates down now or wait?
