Sick Guppy? Need help fast!
Hi everyone, so one of my guppies is really sick. I don't even know why, it isn't a disease like white spot or a fungal infection. I started noticing it 2 nights ago when my guppy was staying down the bottom of the tank, hiding in between the plants and not moving. Then he started hanging about near the top, I could still coax him to eat at this point.
Then last night he was acing even stranger. He was at the very top of the tank resting on a big leaf. He was still upright, but he wasn't breathing well. Then he would go down to the bottom and not move, and he had very shallow breathing. I thought he would probably be dead by the morning.
This morning I found him at the very top again, resting on the big leaf. He has little balls inside his head which I haven't noticed before. Could this be a brain tumor? Do you think I need to euthinise him?
I also have 12 rummynose tetras, 5 shrimp, 2 snails and 1 more guppy in this tank and they are all acting normal. I have really good filtration and aeration in my tank.
I know this is a long post but be sure to read it all before you reply.
Thanks in advance.

There's not a lot to go on by your description. Could you post a picture of him please? That will usually help a lot if we can see what you are talking about
Also, could you please post your water parameters

Thanks for the reply. Here is some info that might help: My filter is the PF2 Interpet internal power filter. The tank is 15 gallons or 60 litres. The ph is 7.4, the ammonia is 0, the nitrite is 0 and nitrate is 0. The temp is 24 degrees. I don't know how old he is but I got him about 2 months ago. Sorry, I can't get a pic as he is in the very back corner now and you can only see them from the top.

Little balls could be anything from a bacterial infection, viral infection, tumors, or parasites. What ever it might be, I think I would just euth the fish and not take the chance that it is contagious. When I go fishing I just throw sharp rocks in the water and wait for the dead fish to float to the top... Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.
I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
