I use a 50 foot hose on mine. I'm sure you could fill the tank, but you'd have to drain the water another way. I drain mine out a window :o) to water the shrubs

Draining isn't an issue, I already use a power head and pump it that way, much faster and easier.

I set the power head in the tank (using inlet sponge so nobody gets sucked up), set it at a desired level and walk away till I hear the pump sucking air

    Works great

I've determined most of the cost associated with all this is the tools / equipment to do it all. Just picked up the stuff to do the skim coating and the materials were like $30, the equipment and tools were $70

I hate painting ceilings for just that reason. Best of luck.

When I did my kitchen over, I looked for months for just the perfect contemporary faucet. I had to eventually order through the store's catalogue as nothing in the place satisfied me. When I got this very pricey faucet, which I absolutely loved, it was not "python compatible" - oh my. I bought more adapters trying to make it work. I called the maker of the faucet to see if they would make me what I needed and surprising they called me back. Really nice woman who understood what I was asking, but unfortunately couldn't help as these were fabricated in Europe.

In the end, I had to return this "perfect" faucet which cost me a restocking fee. I found the same style (though admittedly not the same quality) through Home Depot on-line (nothing in their store) and had that shipped just in time for the contractor to get the sink in. And it became my perfect faucet because the python worked! It's been over two years since then and I still feel the panic of trying to get that original faucet adapted LOL.

Yea, changing the faucet is no longer an option lol.

Thinking I might be able to plumb in a place for the hose of the python to connect under the sink

its like spackel on crack... you put a thin layer of joint compound over the entire surface. Its needed when you have many many blemishes

The master bedroom ceiling all started peeling when I tried painting it, so I finished painting and then went through and scrapped off as much as I could. Now need to skim coat the ceiling to hide all the low spots and prevent more cracking/peeling in the future

Both bathrooms must have had ceiling issues because there were ugly patches that I am covering up

Shoot me now... I kept leaving scratches etc in the thin layer, thank god a buddy offered to come help (says its easy HA!)

owwwwww... so sore. Worked on the house Thursday through last night.

Determined why all the paint was peeling in master bed, think there was a moisture issue at one time, plus only an inch of insulation in the attic...

    So this wknds done list:
Painted Living / Dining Room Walls, Ceiling and Trim
    Re-wired garage for more outlets
Installed two layers of R30 insulation in the attic (removed old)
    Re-moved fan in kitchen
Painted the wainscoting in the hall all white
