Ok I want a cichlid tank and need to know whet needs to be done to the tank for them. Also what other fish will go with them if any or could I just do diff cichlids.

I was looking at some today when I dropped off the fish that came with the 55 gal tank I just got. Can I put theses Cichlids together in a 55 gal or what would work together. These are all African Cichlids.

You seem to be set on a mbuna tank judging from those choices. Have a read: http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/mbuna_setup.php
a 55g is just doable for a mbuna setup. Here's some suggestions for inhabitants: http://www.cichlid-forum.com/article...cutter_55g.php
But even then do realize that a mbuna is higly volatile and much depends on the individual fish. Some will fit the general description of the species' temperament and some will be real *****!

Yes they're compatible. Just be sure to get the right male to female ratio (three females per male). Or do an all male tank. All of my mbuna are male but I have two female haps that they ignore.
