That's why you start a store and get a partner or hire a general manager. ;P If you're not the only one who knows what they're doing in your business, you'll be fine. Then you can travel as much as you can afford to. Any start-up is going to consume most of your personal time for several years to come. Doesn't matter if you're dealing in live fish or not. It's not for everyone, but it would be nice to go to work doing what you love... then it doesn't feel like work at all, you're just doing what you want to do.

This plant is growing like crazy.... The other one in the tank has been slow, but this one is nuts. The plant had broken off the bulb (plant only had dime size leaves and still is alive floating) but I left the bulb it and its growing very fast. The other bulb in the tank is much smaller even though it never broke off. Leaves on this are size of my hand, but on the other the are 1/4 the size and not as red

Looking good man. I love dwarf lillies. Mine got pretty crazy in my 75gal, but it eventually died when I introduced java moss and went low lighting. The Tiger lotus I have, which is very similar, is still going crazy and it now has two plantlets (it shoots out bulbs in a chain-like fashion).

I'm late to this party (and thread jacking too boot) but if (when) we lose our Betta - hopefully a long time yet - I have been wondering what to add to the 15 gal with my neons. would a pair of Cacatouides work - or do they need more room. they sure are pretty. I was thinking of a pair of GBR as i love their colors but these guys are gorgeous too.

15gal would work. They don't need that much room. Just be sure to provide them with a few caves to choose from.
