I always thought those knives looked cool! What is that shoaling fish that keeps swimming by?

Cool! They do look very pretty. I also love those bichirs. I've always wanted one of those. You're tank is just really cool.

I think if someone thinks clownfish are called nemos they should banned from keeping sw tank.

    Thanks!

Those are pictus catfish. They don't really school like they do at the fish store. They all have their individual territory in the tank.

Interesting. Because I always liked how they hung out together at the fish store and thought that would be fun to have. Maybe it's a stress thing and once in a comfortable tank they go their separate ways.

Have I ever kept $300 plecos? No :-)

Yeah I'm disappointed with the pictus in that regard. I've got like 10. They used to hang out together in the corner of the tank when they were small, but now that they are big they no longer do that.

I want to get a 3rd bichir but have to find a species that doesn't get too big. Bichirs are one of my favorite fish.
