Is anyone using this kit that works on pressure?

I though its based on a float valve and after purchase I understood its on a pressure sensor.

Would you guys trust this? I really want to sleep good at night

I would sooner recommend a ATO like the Tunze one (link below). It has many built in safety features the one you listed doesn't. Keep in mind, you typically get what you pay for.

I like their design the best as it comes complete with a pump and the sensors are reliable, however, this is the only ATO that I have actually used. I bought my second hand and it has been working flawlessly for about two years now. I think most people run into problems when they try to hook up the ATO directly to their RO units and one of the sensors fail. If you use a container for your ATO water, you can avoid all of those risks.
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

I have not used this one either. I used (and still have) a JBJ ATO and am quite happy with it.

One thing with float sensors, you have to keep snails clear of them, otherwise they can jam on - but the built in timer on the unit should kick out before disaster occurs.

Late response on my part, I've used the AVAST ATO for nearly two years now with zero issues (plugs right into my APEX aquacontroller). This is the only ATO I've owned.

It seems that you had already purchased it prior to you starting this thread. How has this ATO worked out for you?
