    Hey everyone,

Really haven't been on here at all lately and figured I'd give a quick update to let you know I was still alive

    Reasons why:
The job I work at, I started as just a construction estimator, well now I am estimating, doing project management and I was just asked to help a "sister" company that my boss owns also. Needless to say my responsibilities are growing fast so my free time is dwindling

I put in an offer on my first house - and it was accepted . We are in the process of having it inspected etc etc, tentative closing is Nov.

My tanks really haven't changed, added a few more plants and let all plants grow, finally lost the original platy in my 75, but otherwise the 75 hasn't changed.

My 10s have changed a little, added a pair of killies and my male apisto died, so a friend is taking the female and once I move and settle I will look to replace them. The endlers are breeding like crazy though, so thats a good thing :)

Sorry I've been MIA, but between lots more work, buying a house, and living poor to make the improvements in the house right away i just haven't had time to do much.

Hope all is well with everyone, email is really the best way to chat just because I have that going all the time.

    Hey Hardy85!

We've been missing you and Sandz kind of disappeared at the same time, which was really weird...glad to know everything is ok and that you have just been busy as heck with life in general...Congrats on the house!...I was so excited to get mine, it's a lot pf responsibilty, but it's cool to have a home to call your own

Great to here from you, talk to you later!

Welcome back man! Congrats on the new house! I gotta ask...when buying was one of the deciding factors where you can put the fish?

^For us it was a factor even though we didnt have fish yet. We wanted a room in the basement where we can put a jumbo tank, which we have taken steps towards including upping our electrical service so the jumbo tank can have its own breakers.

Glad to see back. Buying a house can be so stressful and once you are in the work never ends because is always something you want or need to change.

The house has about an 800 sf dry poured concrete basement with a sump pump - perfect for fish.

My fishroom (wall) / mancave will be a year or two out before I can afford to finish the basement the way I want to

But for now its a possibility to happen which makes me happy. Having 6 empty 30g breeder tanks really hurts and drives me nuts, but eventually they'll be filled up
