"Seal" broken on XP3
I have a Rena Filstar XP3 (plus several in tank filters) running in my 75g mbuna tank. Something went wonky and I was taking it apart to figure out what. The part where the intake/outtake nozzles attached came off the top of the filter. I managed to get it back together, but now it seems the "seal" on the filter is broken. The filter is working, but I can tell that air is getting in the filter somehow because it makes constant "air bubble" noises.
Anything I can do to fix this?? Perhaps put some sealant around where the nozzles attach?

I would first assume this is simply trapped air down in the various media. This always happens to me when I cleazn my Rena. Sometimes it takes a couple days before all of it gets out.
If there is a seal broken somewhere, chances are the water would be coming out. Check all around the filter casing with your dry hand to feel for any escaping water.
