Ordered 3 Red tiger lotus bulbs and two anubias nana golden from aquaticmagic, two of the bulbs were fine, one was dead and the anubias didn't make it with the long shipping. I contacted them and they sent me 3 more bulbs free of charge which all sprouted. I shipped them via the US too but I had no problems with customs.

Plants are hit or miss, if customs spots a plant without the right paperwork it gets destroyed. I ordered indian almond leaves a few times off of ebay, and lost a package before. If you do order off ebay make sure the seller offers a full refund if shipping goes wrong.

Yes, I order regularly from a UK supplier that sources their plants in Asia. Quality to date has been superb and they shipped well.
BE AWARE Most Asian cultured plants use pesticides that will kill shrimp. It will take 6-8 weeks and many water changes to make them shrimp-safe.
