    I don't think it will go up more. The red floating piece looks to be touching the top of the flow meter

    Hi every one,

    Coming back from my 2 days vacation, without changing any water for my tank.
    I just check out the nitrite and the result was WOW.. (please take a look at the picture).
    I don't know now if my cycle is complete or not. Any advice for the next step will be much appreciate.

    if you also have 0 ammonia I'd say you're good.

    Keep checking for a few days as a precaution and keep the nitrates under 20 with weekly water changes

    Give the cycle a couple of weeks to stabilize before you add any more fish (if you plan to add more) but only add a few at a time to avoid a mini cycle.

    Thank you very much for your advice, will do as you mention for sure.

    Please take a look at this (thread) its also for me, after finishing from high Ammonia and Nitrite, my PH come down because of the CO2...

    I don't use co2 co I can't be any help to you. Cermet always gives good advice. you can count on what he says

    If you just got that tank cycled, I don't think I'd be trying anything like that for now...I'd rather wait for the tank to mature and get more established....but like fishmommie, I don't use CO2, and never intend to, so I'm no expert on it at all

    I will wait for some time before i start using this CO2 kit.
