He might be able to pull it off. Michael Keaton was the best IMO.25 Gal - Tropical

ditto that. Keaton was my fave too.
I kinda wish they'd leave Batman alone for awhile. Seeing a different personality projected for the same character so many times makes it more like there are different Batmen, rather than the one story base.

Christian Bale was ridiculous the voice change (between Batman and Bruce) was so awful!
Affleck...poor choice in my opinion. I'd be more interested if he directed it!"Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known." Carl Sagan

Anybody can don the cape & Rubber suit & utility belt and be a menacing psychotic vigilante with a penchant for flying mammals..
But... It takes finesse to be a [highly butler dependant] orphaned billionaire with a secret identity fitting the above description IMO.

Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
Why pretend there are no stupid questions? Actually, There are many stupid questions: "Should I drink this bleach?" Is just one example.
Having said that, Just because it's a stupid question doesn't mean that it shouldn't be asked. It's better to know.
A warm beer is better than a cold beer. Because nothing is better than a cold beer, and a warm beer is better than nothing.

plus, that incarnation had somewhat of a sense of humour, not just darkly brooding intense all the time.

Lots of news posts about this all over the web. Seems to be a lot of backlash against the decision or well criticism. I think the biggest fear is the movie will end up being on the same level as daredevil. I think they would have been better off bringing in a new unknown actor to play the part, that way there is no acting history, negative or positive to compare to.

Ben Affleck is a good actor but as a vengeful Batman out to get even with Superman, I have to say no. A lot of people didn't care for Christians Bale version of Batman but this role would be ideal for him..
