I like how my main decoration looks right now so I will definitely be doing floating. It also sounds like it will be easier doing floating.
How many cuts do you think I should get to start off for my 46 gallon bowfront? I'm almost done with my fishless cycle
What kind of fertilizers will I need?
46 gallon bowfront: 1 angelfish, 1 GBR, 1 albino longfin BNP, 3 sunset mickey mouse platies, 3 blue mickey mouse platies, 9 cherry barbs, 9 harlequin rasboras

    29 gallon dwarf puffer tank

    Scheming show tank #3....

10 gallon pond snail breeding tank

Stem plants are usually sold in small bunches, so one bunch will be enough. I found it took several weeks to get established, but once it did, it grew like mad.

You will need a good comprehensive liquid fertilizer, I use Seachem's Flourish Comprehensive Supplement for the Planted Aquarium [they make several different products under the Flourish name so get this one], or another is FlorinMulti by Brightwell Aquatics. Much the same thing. You use very little, 1/2 teaspoon once a week, maybe twice, is it in a 46g.

Ok cool. The pennywort will likely be the only plant in this tank, at least for the foreseeable future, especially since it will be floating which would limit anything I would plant in the substrate for light requirements. I do know that my LFS is an "official" Seachem retailer so they should have the Flourish there

No plant issues for those fish; I've no direct experience with the frogs, but I've not read of them eating plants.

The copper in Flourish Comprehensive is minimal, and not harmful to any aquarium inhabitants unless excessively overdosed.
