  1. Default I think iv'e messed up my cycling - completely

    I have got to the point where I just don't know whats going on anymore. Considering binning the entire lot. Iv'e put my results in the attachment. Would it be best to start all over again?

    Look to me like you're doing fine. Try to maintain ammonia at 2 ppm until nitrites are gone. Don't get discouraged now. Your cycle is coming along nicely.
    When in doubt, do a water change.

    Really? I though it had stalled? ok i'll maintain my ammo to 2ppm. Thanks for replying :)

    30 g FW planted:corys, ABNP, blue angel, harleys, zebra danios, pair kribs, & nerite snails
    15 g FW planted: crown tail betta, neons, snails

    Lol So I finally got the ammonia, and I over dosed it to over 8ppm, what are the chances :p You're right though, I'm leaving it alone now, It'll do it's thing eventually x

    You need to now do a water change to bring it down again. You will burn your cycle out with a level of 8. Make sure you add your dechlorinator.

    I may have read her chart wrong, but I think she already made a W/C to get the ammonia down to 1 or 2. or did I misunderstand?

    Yup successfully got the ammonia down to 1-2ppm! Seems the nitrItes have gone down too :D
