Dwarf Gourami with iridovirus??
I took a video of it, the action starts at 3:45, sorry I took my eye off it when it went to the surface, but it repeated a second time
My other fish are acting normally. What should I do? I feel like the best would be to put it out of its misery

I would not think this is iridovirus, as there are none of the symptoms showing. You can read more on the disease here:
The problem with your gourami is something I have seen in various fish, though not often. I've no idea what it is, but my fish have never lasted long. Is this a new acquisition?

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
