im about to convert my askoll pure xl into a marine reef and it has 36watt (i think T5 ) it is 19 gallon will that be ok i am only keeping a couple of the small and easy to keep corals ?

What are the dimensions of the tank (as I am not to familiar with it) and what type of corals are we talking about ? Even the easy to keep corals have can have slightly different lighting requirements.
At the very least you would have to change your bulbs to a marine bulbIf you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.
