    I have moved you thread to the saltwater section of the forum so more members with salt water experience will be able to find it

    Basically, the tank just needs a good cleaning with vinegar. At least that is what worked best for me

    Keep in mind, FW substrates and equipment is not always the best for marine set-ups as they can lead to alot of problems you would never come across with a freshwater set-up. Complete some careful research first and you should be fine.
    If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

    First one you take a tank and put water in the tank 30-50 gallons and use algae, corals these are better for saltwater, it will be a good look.
