That's cool!...well, I can't take full credit for these. They are the stuffed filets I told you guys about, from Sam's Club. All I do is drizzle them with a good amount of zesty Italian dressing (I like Ken's Steakhouse brand), some salt an pepper, and fresh parsley flakes...let them sit in the fridge overnight
Then I'll make a HD foil tray to grill them...they are pretty awesome...kinda pricey, around $14-$15 for a pack of 4, but they are huge...me and Ang will usually split one

I just put one in for now. Might add one more after wc on sun. Might eat at bubba gumps or saltgrass later

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
