Understood completely....man, I'm worried about this "fasting day" deal...what if I get home, and all of my fish are starving to death, with their little ribs showing and everything?
I know they're gonna be ticked off at me, thinking I abandoned them and all....

I used to feel guilty, too, but you realize that everything is fine after a few rounds. It's actually a nice break for them. Keeps them on their toes. You don't want a complacent community of fish.
