Just seen two of these on top of water floating round

and two on glass i presume there snails are they dangerous they must of been on plants
can you tell me what they are ?

I believe it's a ramshorn snail, not dangerous, just mostly a nuisance...they breed like crazy and they can be hard to get rid of, sometimes

i have the plants ages and there only showing now ?
doess this mean my tank is mature ?
should i get something to get rid of them ?

also when i do water changes i never do any siphoning of my aquariumn substrate , should i as that's where they get most of their food from.

what sized tank is it? and what is the stock? those are definatly ramhorn snails. its possible that they have been there all the time and you just dont notice them.

the tank is 35x18x15 inches , cardinal tetras , corydoras, pair golden gouramis

thats why you havent noticed them before, gouramis love to eat small snails

Nah, if you're just now noticing them, then they're being kept under control. I wouldn't worry too much. Ramshorns only eat dead plant matter, fish food, and algae anyways.
