Are there any other symptoms? What type of fish are they, some like to stay on the bottom? Do you have a testing kit? What are the parameters?
If it's called tourist season why can't I shoot them?
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

How long have the fish been in the tank - they were swimming normally until now?

Please answer the questions above too. How large is your tank?

it is a 55 gal tank, I havent changed anything other than water in several months I have 9 tetras 1 sliver dollar plocostumus and 3 alge eaters, PH tested at 7, they were swimming all over the place up until a few days ago and now they just stay on the bottom even when feeding they dont feed on top like they used too they will dart up then back down, the temp is between 80 and 82, Ive had the tank for years and changed to a new filter system about a year or more ago.

I think I would bring that temperature down to 77-78.
