Black Widow Tetra White spot
I have a 125 litre tank with 2 Angels, 4 Gourami, 3 Molly's, 1 Siamese, 1 Pleco, and 3 Black Widow Tetra.
Two days after a 30% water change I have noticed white spot on my Black Widows only. I have bought some interpret white spot medicine, which I'm soon to put into the tank. I have a Fluvial U3 filter what cartridges should I take out, if any? And will it have any effect on the good bacteria in the filter?
All advice would be appreciated.

Do you test your water parameters? What were your last readings? "white spot" or ick (if that's what you're seeing) is generally caused either by introducing new fish that have it, or your fish are stressed which can bring on illness. I think your stocking is not appropriate for that sized tank.
If you are going to add medication to the tank, you can remove any carbon in the filter or it'll get absorbed and not work.
How often do you change the water in the tank?46 gal fw tank with black skirt tetras, neon tetras, spotted corys, cherry barbs, otoclinus, snails & 4 amano shrimp - plastic & live plants

If it is ich, y0u may be better t0 raise the temp in the tank f0r awhile, then y0u d0n't have t0 mess with filter media and d0sing.
I agree with Imma, that seems a heavy st0ck list f0r such a small tank. When in d0ubt read it until it makes sense, then read it again!
