"We wish you a Merry Christmas" from The Barrel Babies
These are two of my friend Vivian's foster kittens, Apollo and Mulani, otherwise known as The Barrel Babies.
They were only 2 days old when they were found in a rain barrel after their mom was scared off by the family dog (mom didn't come back). They had 3 more siblings who did not make it. The dog's owner didn't want to keep them and called Vivian to ask what to do.

They have the roundest bellies I have ever seen.......
And 6 weeks later...........They are a little more vocal (they just woke up and were yawning - Vivian was amazed that she got this photo)

They will. Vivian runs her own private rescue operation, Safehaven Rescue, in Milwaukee, WI. She has saved, fostered and adopted-out a few hundred cats and kittens over the last 10-12 years. She does a wonderful job. My girls, Kiki and Halle were 2 of her rescues.

They are great pics. I actually had a typo - the second photo is about 10 weeks later than the first. They are 3 months old now and will be going to the TICA cat show in St. Francis, WI this weekend (they are 1 month too young to be shown) to meet and greet with potential adopters.
