Default Thoughts on a light that will bring me up to 3 watts of t-5 HO 6500k a gallon

What do you guys think of this? I can specify 6500k bulbs and my 36 watts of 6700k just died on me so I wanna revamp the tank get a new light and get high light plants. My main concern is will this this overheat? I have a 29g tall and it's 30'' but man it hits maybe 80 in the room in the summer; though I could put a fan pushing air over it here check it out! http://www.ebay.com/itm/30-inch-High...X:eRTM:US:1123

thought's before I spend 100 bucks? The sooner I order the better I'm afraid my 10k and actnic bulb I have in are slowly going to kill my plants and it'll take at least a week to get here.

Long time fish keeper most experience with CA/SA cichlids, natives like sunfish, and aggressive catfish.
Currently have a 29g planted with 14 candy cane tetras, 6 sterbai corys, 6 melini corys, a rescued Siamese fighting fish and 1 mustache wearing albino longfin pleco.

Looks good to me. Doubt heat will be an issue but if you feel it will, hook up a cpu fan to cool it.

How ironic I build PCs for a living and didn't think of that. I'd like some other members input before I buy it pref. before the next buisness day; I haven't found such a strong light so cheap anywhere else; like I said I only thought of maybe heat being an issue but that's the only one and it'll allow me to finally grow high light plants which will be pimpin!!
