Default is my tank ready for transfer?

It has been 2 weeks and 3 days and has great water parameters expect for ammonia which is less than .25, can I go ahead and add everything over. Also how should I add it, one fish and some rock at a time or everything all at once with filter media?

I'm not too sure what your are asking here

Are thinking about transferring all the fish and live rock from one set-up into another ? Can you provide a little more info about this ?

If you still have ammonia in one set-up, then it has not finished cycling yet
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

+1 with Cliff - it's been 2 weeks and 3 days since what? Since you started cycling your tank? Are you doing this using ammonia?

If you are looking to transfer things from one tank to another, you can add rocks whenever you want to - they won't affect the cycling.

A cycled tank should have 0ppm ammonia, 0ppm nitrites & 20ppm or less nitrates.

Actually, when using live rock in a marine set-up, you can get a ammonia spike if the rock is out of the water for a good length of time. The longer it's out of water, the greater the risk of a spike. You'll want to move them over as fast as you can when the time comes to move them.
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.
