    I've been using frozen peas and I just started with frozen kale in my DT and refugium to keep the snails and crayfish from mowing down the plants. They seem to be able to clean up all the kale leaves and stems. I'm not sure how much it fouls the water though. I did see a fish with partially undigested fiber coming out of the rear end. I may try spinach next.
