Whoops...I've done it...!

...I just bought a 4 foot tank (350 litre), cabinet, and four 9L bags of ADA Amazonia from my LFS. They matched the amazing online deal I found. I'm stunned, but delighted.
It's being delivered at the end of next week so I'll have to relocate my current tank to the spare room this weekend to make way for it! How exciting. I feel a journal coming on.
Now I've made that decision I can concentrate on my flora and fauna stocking list. to add to my cories, otos and cherry barbs.

Woohoo! I look forward to the journal and expect LOTS of pictures!
When I go fishing I just throw sharp rocks in the water and wait for the dead fish to float to the top... Kingfisher
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.
I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

Cheers, yes. I'm excited (and feel I may have spent money I don't have)!
My steps planned so far:
1. Move current tank to spare room (that'll probably take me all day!)
2. Set up new tank with substrate and one additional piece of bogwood (yet to purchase).
3. Cycle tank and allow substrate to leech ammonia until it stops.
4. Transfer stock, current bogwood, plants, and external filter to new tank.
5. Clean old tank until it is immaculate - then sell it! (at least that's the plan)
It'll be at least ten days until I start a journal...but my trusty compact will be at the ready to document the process.

Yea! A new tank, a new journal and maybe, just maybe, some people around here who shall NOT remain nameless (Sandz, Taurus, Steeler, Mojo, Hardy, KevinVA) will stop bugging me about a 300 gallon tank.
