Thread: Do you have your own 'spot'?
06-25-2013, 06:07 PM #11
I have my spots in the living room, dining room table & kitchen table.
However, like Cliff, it's a scramble when guests are over... and I'll sit idly by, angrily thinking of ways to kill this person (or at least ways to make this person move) who just stole MY seat, waiting and watching until that "guest" decides to lift their over-emboldened and encroaching butt. Then it's go time!
But hey! You guys can come over anytime!

My parents sit in the same spots every meal, so I get stuck with the last chair whether I like it or not.
The probability of being watched is directly proportional to the stupidity of the act

I have my chair in the living room, positioned for perfect viewing of my tank and my two future 20 long species tanks. You really won't find me sitting anywhere else. When I have guests, if we're all seated, I'm still usually in my chair. The guests have to fight the cats for the remaining spots! If you sit in "their" spot, you will end up with a cat in your lap. Because my cats are in their senior years, my sofa and love seat were purchased with them in mind, having very comfy wide arms and seat backs. Each cat has a spot they have claimed as their own. So I guess both human and feline occupants of my home each have their own "spot".My 75 gal Journal & My Dual 29 gal Journal

Even when guests are here, I have my seat at the dinner (tables) and my seat in my man cave. I don't share my chairLife is tough, it's even tougher if your stupid.

0If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

My actual FAVORITE place to sit is out in my garage, listening to music, tinkering around, and enjoying a cold beverage or two. I'm stuck in an office all day at work M-F, so I don't go into the house when I get home until it is time for dinner, shower, and bed....need the fresh air
