WoW... what a heartbreaker. In reading on though I see that things weren't at all as bad as they seemed at first onset of havoc. Way to make lemonade out of lemons. You were lucky to have a smaller tank sitting around that just needed set up. Good luck on your work to getting your 150 set up again. Those aren't cheap. Maybe it's something that can be fixed.

    Cheers

    They sell smaller tubes 0f aquarium safe silic0ne at H0me Dep0t but f0r a 150, I w0uld need a caulking gun sized cartridge 0f Rtv1000. It's ab0ut $40.00 USD per cartridge. All 0f the average c0ntract0r grade silic0ne has m0uld inhibit0rs in it which will kill the fish. I have built smaller aquariums ( a 12 gal and a 6 gal) and they are still d0ing fine but I d0n't want t0 chance it with a tank this size- I g0t lucky that it wasn't a full 0n bl0w 0ut, all at 0nce- I d0n't want t0 risk pr0perty damage/l0ss 0f all my fish. I will just be patient and d0 it the right way- buy new. My friend kn0ws a guy wh0 w0uld d0 it f0r me, but I'm seri0usly leery.
When in d0ubt read it until it makes sense, then read it again!
