If your ammonia is still above four you have more water changes yet to do. It would take 4 50% waterchanges done in one day to bring that ammonia down to a safe .25 reading. After yoget the .25 reading today test again tomorrow to see how many waterchanges you will have to do daily.
If you have common or comet goldfish for long term plans you need to be looking into a pond for them to live happily in.

Please be advised to put no more fish into that tank - the goldfish alone make it overstocked.
Also, fish can go for a while without food. Once you start feeding them, only put in enough for them to finish in like a minute or so and only once a day!
With a 10gal tank it should be very easy to change most of the water each time to get the ammonia down - you can do this until you find a more suitable place for them!46 gal fw tank with black skirt tetras, neon tetras, spotted corys, cherry barbs, otoclinus, snails & 4 amano shrimp - plastic & live plants

Thanks, I do 2 water changes a day amonia still green but much lighter at 1 .00.Fish is activ, looks healthy swimming in that poison...When I see amonia zero i take a party,all invited
