Thread: Angelfish tank

  1. Default Angelfish tank

I have a post in the general forum. But I thought I might get some more specific help here. I would like to know what kind of Angelfish I have. I would also like to know if as a pair I can put two angelfish in a 55g? I have read conflicting views on this so just checking.

Here is the link to the pictures of my messed up tank and there are pictures of the Angels.

Also if I put them in a 55g what can go in with them that will be safe? Can I put some of the smaller pleco's? What other kinds of fish go well? I am cycling the 55g now so I need to know if this will work or if I need to plan the 125g around them and move the Africans, though I am pretty sure I have to many of those right now.

Just so you know the link you posted doesn't work, an error sign(wrong URL) pops up when you click it.

Looks like one is a Koi and one is a Marble.

You won't know if they are a pair unless they start laying eggs.

You could do the pair in the 55 with a school or two of fishies. Probably tetras since the 55g is limited on space.
    Small plecs will be fine.
    130g: 6 Angelfish, 2 Roseline Sharks, 5 Kuhli Loaches, 1 Otocinslus, 1 Corydora
I've noticed that people HATE it when you point out how stupid they are, so now I try to do it politely.
