Has my black widow laid eggs
My black widow was enormous I thought it had dropsy,this morning I have seen what I would call a white bag at the bottom of the tank,and the fish is back to her normal size,what's happening I'm a novice at this

I am assuming you are referring to a black skirt tetra, so I moved you thread to the correct section of the forum.

I think you are getting your black widow tetra confused with a black widow spider, which makes me laugh. Black skirt tetra (black widow tetra) are egg scatterers, black widow spiders use egg sacs. I have no idea what the white bag on the bottom of your tank might be, unless you actually are talking about a spider, in which case, you are on the wrong forum.When I go fishing I just place a sharp rock in the water and sit there waiting for all the dead fish to float to the top... I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
Tolerance is a great thing to have, so is the ability to shut up.
