    It's almost like "adding fluoride to your drinking water supply will give you healthier, stronger teeth." ;]

    Nope... both poisons. Omega-3 fatty acids are good for you, though... but you don't need to eat a whale to get it.

    That being said, the East has always been into foods that the West finds deplorable (and probably vice versa).

    Some guy in Bangladesh is sitting there wondering how we can be such hypocrites as we eat cattle which are sacred to him. Cattle which we inject chock full of hormones and antibiotics so we can hold them in close quarters and not watch them light up with disease. Only real thing we can agree upon as far as what not to eat is generally eat other. Sort of a catch 22 thing there that keeps us in check. He who nets Joe gets netted by Bill sort of thing. Hey Joe....don't eat no peanuts.....I have a peanut allergy buddy. :) :(
