No email notifications last few days?
0
I'm not sure this is the right forum to report in, but the last day or so I am not getting e-mail notifications, all of a sudden, for posts to my subscribed threads. I used to receive them just fine....I went back to my subscribed threads and checked (re-checked) the boxes to receive the notifications via e-mail, but it is still not working.
Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks

Checked my Yahoo email account, thought it was maybe the culprit, but Yahoo mail seems to be working fine...

Each page isn't automatically reloading either. Seems there are some glitches that have crept in while William is away and he will need to address when ever he decides to stumble back in again.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

Have you tried checking to make sure your options to receive E-mail notifications are enabled ? Go the the "forum actions" tab (a few options to the right of were you find the new posts button) and from there click on general settings. Scroll down the page untill you get to your notification settings. Don't forget to save your changes once they are made.
While posting about potential problem within the forum is a good way to see if there are others they may be experiencing the same problem or find out if anyone else know a way of getting it fixed for you, if you still can't get it fixed you should should send William a PM. In all fairness to William, he can not be expected to scan the forum every day looking for posts or threads like this and be expected to find them all.
I would suggest sending William a PM to let him know about the problems you are encountering if the above advise will not work

If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

There is a "default thread subscription mode" that I had set to "do not subcribe", but subscribing there will also notify of all threads where you posted a reply...When I'd like to subscribe to a thread, I usually just use "thread tools" at the top of any given thread.
Like I said, I used to get the e-mail notifications I subscribed to with no problem...without changing any of my settings, I suddenly no longer get them.

He used to be here most every day and read most every thread. Now he is hardly ever here. He certainly wont find them if he is not here to try.
