How are Katville fish root tabs?
They are cheap and I was thinking about getting some. So anyone used them before, if so how are they?

As none of my fish have roots (sorry, i couldnt resist!) and i have never used them, i couldnt tell you. There should be a content analysis on the box, you could compare those numbers to other tabs.

+1 to the above.
take a look at what they are made of and the %. compare against the flourish root tabs and api root tabs. those are the 2 most popular ones w/o going to the capsules.
if anyone does have experience w/ it (and or your other google searches) see how fast they dissolve. that'll let you know the cost effectiveness of them.
for example-the api root tabs are good, but dissolve really really fast, so you need to replace them more.
vs the seachem flourish tabs, they dissolve at a slower rate and you replace them every 3months.

By capsules you mean it looks like a pill right? If so they are capsules.

Are these good?
I checked them with seachem, but I got a little confused. This will be my first planted tank, so I am just starting to figure out everything.

If you don't mind me asking-what is the cost and how many comes in the container?
The 40count flourish tabs are like 18bucks on amazon. which isn't terrible.
the specs you have are good, but the flourish tabs offer a bit more nutrients.
What plants are you looking at? some require different nutrients (like amazon swords are iron hogs)
anubias love anything you give them.
so it varies based on your plant set up too.

They will be used for parviflorus swords(basically small amazons). And it is 100 capsules for $7.50 plus $5.00 shipping. And they claim they each last four months.
