I would agree with your first thought, snail. Keep an eye on that population.

added one new plant today so was thinking it was from that.kind of mad if it is from that because i tried to rise it off n everything before adding it into tank. Would it be better to remove them as i see them?

If you don't want it, probably better off taking it out of the tank. Pest snails are like the cockroaches of the aquarium world, once they get established in the tank you will have a heck of time trying to get rid of them.

When I get new plants before they go into the tank, I rinse them and then dunk them into a bucket of water and potassium permanganate. That will kill any snail eggs that may be on the plants.

i didn`t mind the nerite tag along i had because i read they don`t breed in fresh water n hes cute but debateing to see what kind of snail this is because if its another nerite then i don`t mind lol.How old dose a snail gota be to reproduce n such? because this oneis tiny tiny tiny here was 2 but my golden ram ate the other lol

I've got the same problem as of recent. I remember reading somewhere that a loach of some kind will eat these. Trying to search the forum for the answers.

Assassin snails will clear these. They do breed as well but very slowly so won't become a problem (and don't eat your plants like pond snails do).

Just be weary, if you have snails you like... as your Assassins can make quick work of them, too. They prefer the pond snails, but once they're gone, they'll opt for alternative sources of food.
