26 Gallon Bowfront Tank
What type of saltwater tank could I setup with a 26 gallon bowfront? Can I do colorful fish or is it to small for any kind of saltwater fish?

Although your choices will be limited, there still are some fish that could work in a tank that small as a FOWLR set-up. Some of the firefish as well as a few other types of gobys could also work. You could also add some shrimp as well
I would suggest a little larger of a tank as you will get a LOT more options plus it would make it a little easier to keep the parameters nice and stable. A standard 36 inch long 30 gallon tank would make a good sized first tank (but bigger is always better). If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.
