Thread: L333 Fry

After waiting a couple years of so for for the juvies to grow out and mature I finally have fry. Spotted 2-3 last night when I lifted a rock to siphon the sand. No clue how many there are, I didn't strip down the tank to count, and there are also several broods of super red fry in there with them. For a second I thought they were calico BN fry, I've seen a couple and some browns turn up among the young adults that are now spawning in the 75 growout tank. Now if the L134's would get busy too I might get over losing the LDA-08's to a heater malfunction several months ago.

And for those of us who don't know, L333 is another one of those lovely black and white hypancistrus species.
Congrats, hope they will repeat the process. Shame you lost your lda08, I'm waiting for mine to sexually mature
