My fish all get treated with PraziPro. I don't wait for them to get worms and then treat them. If he is not wanting to eat, then no point in trying to feed him. Uneaten food in the tank will not help him any and fish can go quite some time without food. PraziPro will clean him out even if he doesn't have worms.

I was about to post the same thing L Hobbs posted.
I'd fast him and treat with prazi pro. It's very gentle and if it is an internal parasite it should take care of it.
If it turns out he's constipated, feeding him is only going to make it worse. Let him fast and see if he can't work it out.
fish can go for many days without food due to their slow metabolism.
    again, good luck

Does fish all like garlic soaked blenched and shelled peas? why do I feel my gourami and two tetras are not fan of peas? Maybe I should cook it a little bit more? or I put too much garlic?

I'd try the peas without the garlic first. I just nuke mine for 30 seconds or so, let them cool then pinch the shell off. If he's not feeling well, however, he's not likely to eat them.
I've not had much luck with the garlic myself when a fish refuses to eat.
