Dropsy in my danio??
I'm not sure if this fish has dropsy or what is going on, it's become very (for lack of a better word) fat, as well as what I believe is "pineconing" and it's been swimming mostly near the bottom corner of the tank alone.
I'm really not sure what to do, does dropsy spread? is this caused by stress? Also, just for reference if it comes to it. How do you humanely as possible euthanize a fish.
For reference I have been doing water tests once a day for a week and nothing is out of whack, ammonia is 0, nitrites 0, nitrates under .2, pH is ~7, and I have just done a 50% water change two days ago.

That to me looks more like a prego female than dropsy. I had dropsy in an Appisto once and it looked nothing like that, but they are difference species. Are you sure shes swimming alone? Looks like shes about to egg scatter.FW: 1 45gal, 1 40gal, 3 10gal, 3 30gal all community tanks of different species
Sw: 1 55gal, 1 30gal show, 1 29gal show, 1 20gal and 2 10's

never had dropsy/seen it, but I was about to say preggo too.
the pinkish hue that is on the underbelly make's it look like she's gonna lay eggs.
either way, do a water change to give healthy clean water, and try to feed a shelled pee in case it's GI stuff.
otherwise, you'll be seeing baby's soon (hopefully)
