Eggs in chlorinated water.
I've read where some breeders hatch their eggs out in water from
the tap, leaving the chlorine in to help fight fungus.
That didn't work for me but I wonder, my water has chloramines,
so does that mean the tap water won't work for me?JC

If you want to fight fungus, get methaline blue. Never bypass general aquarium care like removing chlorine and chloramines. You have a hard time controlling what goes into your general water population without some major personal testing so I would never trust the straight tap for this reason alone.

Methaline blue is what I've been using for over 30 yrs now.
I was just wondering about tap water. ThanksJC

Just curious about how others use meth blue.
Do you try to remove it before they swim
like I do?
And if so, how do you get rid of it?
Small partials, charcoal??JC
