I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

Time for a bigger tank again...
These are probably all from the same batch and are now just big enough to start roaming the tank.

Yep....I think I want a 40 gallon breeder next...but not in the budget just yet...

Lauren did her own research and told me they can lay hundreds of eggs at a time?!?!?!...haven't had time to fact-check that yet...

HB1, in your opinion, what do you think I have happening here as far as population growth goes?...you've kept up with this thread from the beginning, you know this little 10 gallon as much as anyone else here...is it possible that we are only going to end up with a handfull of offspring?...or are things about to get real crowded, real soon?

I guess the eggs have been laid somewhere in the house deco or somewhere behind it, it's close to the back of the tank...I don't use the house bubbler, because I did not want the spinning wheel when I got my RCS....just an airstone tubed from a back "window" of the house, and it takes up most of the room inside that deco

The RCS like to hang out on the front "porch"....

With all the rain in the area lately it is no wonder you have fry. X-ray tetra are egg scatterers. They drop their eggs in the plants and maybe the substrate. The eggs will usually hatch 24 hours later and yours look to be about 1-2 weeks old. Lauren is correct, they will lay about 300 eggs each time, but if there are other fish in the tank only a few will survive each time. Some fish will naturally stop breeding when their ecosystem is full others wont, so it is hard to say if your tank will be over run or not. Either way, I doubt it will get real crowded real soon, but you should plan for more fry.

Thanks for the quick reply....OH YEAH, we have gotten a few mid-afternoon t-storms here the last few days....we need the rain, the yard is dry

I have seen some different looking things stirred up the last WC or two, some that looked like little bundles of slime with bubbles or "seed" looking things inside...I wonder (?)

I need to research tetra breeding to get an idea of what it takes to actually make it happen, and what it takes to do nothing and it happens anyway

Many tetra will breed during the rainy season of what ever country they are indigenous. In our aquariums we reproduce those conditions either on purpose or accidentally when we do a water change after a rain storm. If you have a mix of well fed male/female fish in a well maintained aquarium chances are they are going to breed eventually, whether you want them too or not.
