We ended up having to design my ring too...I was picky. But it does mean something when the ring isn't just mass-produced. I've had a couple rings designed for me and I'd never go back.

ITA with lower profile. If she wears it all the time, it will catch on things if it sticks up too much. My diamond actually has a chip off of it due to this. And tall rings will scratch babies (assuming you will eventually have them...) ;)

    And, most importantly, congratulations!!

My advice: slow down, think, and be willing to learn. Then you'll be fine, no matter what.

For now, and the foreseeable future our babies are our pets (currently 2 year old doberman and my fish, will be adding a kitten)

Your choice of babies sounds just lovely to me!

Believe me, the human variety of babies are a lot of work, and certainly not everyone needs/wants to have them. My first babies were seven cats!

.. You seem so young to be going to an institution... It does happen I guess :-P

I have no ring tips to offer ... Except maybe that onion rings are tasty and to say [pre-emptively] congrats man

    :-D
    Gas mileage isn't everything OIIIIIIIO
Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
Why pretend there are no stupid questions? Actually, There are many stupid questions: "Should I drink this bleach?" Is just one example.
Having said that, Just because it's a stupid question doesn't mean that it shouldn't be asked. It's better to know.

A warm beer is better than a cold beer. Because nothing is better than a cold beer, and a warm beer is better than nothing.
