  1. Default Julii Corydoras - False/Real?

So recently (last night), I was buying sone cobra guppies and came across some cute cories. So I bought the rest they had (only 3, about 3/4") and, quarentined them in my 10gal tank that's lightly planted, with hiding spots. They were labelled as Julii Cory Catfish, so I just wanted to know if they are the real deal or not. Thanks!! :)

P.S, pictures will be uploaded later tonight as it won't let me do it right now at school. However, they do not have a stripe that‘s zigzag, they seem to be a stripe made up of dots? Its like: o-o-o-o-o-o

Taking a closer look at one of the cories in a picture, the one has a solid stripe that looks slightly wavy. I‘m 90% sure they‘re false julii‘s but I just wanted to be sure.

95% of fish which are sold as Julii Cories are actually Flase Juliies / Three-Lined Cories so that's probably what you've got. If you actually compare them I think the False Juliis are cuter anyway.

They are very cute wee guys, second only to Panda Cories IMO! Make sure to increase that school to at least 6 when the store has some more in. :)
