If you want low light plants, a T5NO fixture with two 6700K bulbs should be enough

If you want plants that require more light, around medium level lighting, I would suggest a two bulb T5HO fixture with two 6700K bulbs

It almost looks like you want both med and low light planst based on your list, but I'm not 100% sure of some of them
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

i got a plant encyclopedia for the let me check what it says light wise lol
    Hairgrass (eleocharis aciclaris) Light:Bright
java fern (microsorium pteropus)Light:undemanding should be sheltered from bright light (i`ll probly stick these towards the back more away from light)
    Java Moss (vesicularis dubyana)Light:undemaning
    Gaint vallisneria(Vallisneria gigantea) Light:bright

n yeah it shows 2 bright 2 undemanding >< i was going off a picture in my encyclopia of aquarium plants for a base model but idk what to do now? 0.o
do i just move the java off to side more or under so it won`t be in light? or is there another type of Grass looking plant that is undemanding? XD

To be safe, a two-bulb t5ho would be good for your plants. If you get a floating plant (like amazon frogbit, water lettuce, duckweed, etc.), none of them would have insufficient light, and they would help shade your java fern. With some suction cups, a bit of fishing line and a touch of creativity, you could keep your floating plants in one spot, over the shaded area.

No problem. Just remember to stick the java fern on a rock or some driftwood, and not in the soil. That'll just kill it off.
If you don't want giant vals, straight val (vallisneria spiralis) is also a good choice. It can make for a nice look when it reaches the top of the tank and starts to grow across the top a bit.
Best of luck on your planted tank!

Funny thing, I actually did a science fair project in the sixth grade that proved fish lower your heart rate and blood pressure... Lol, too bad it was probably wildly inaccurate.
