    0 Not allowed!
image.jpgAbout 5 days ago I bound a chunk of java moss to a cavei made in my tank. Today I noticed that on some parts of the moss there are little bits of white 'fluff'
Can anyone tell me what this is?
Is it something to worry about?
If so, how to I get rid of it.
    Tank parameters are:
    pH 7.4
    Ammonia 0
    Nitrite 0
    Nitrate 10
    Temp 25C
    KH 4dH
    GH 7dH
    Pictures shoul be attached,
    Thanks!

nice job listing all your parameters and a pic with the post,
looks like it could be a fungus of sorts... but the picture is a bit fuzzy (no pun intended)

My bet would be that it's just detritus that's got caught in it. Moss tends to be a magnet for anything floating around in the tank.

+1 to firefly. Do you have any live plants? I always get white detritus from dead stems in my java moss. That could be a possibility.
